It is very easy to use the Time Analyzer to help you record and review the time usage on computer. Just double click the icon of Time Analyzer to execute it, and then it starts monitoring the foreground window and saves a record into background database every second.

You can also set executing it automatically on Windows start, and read more on the topic "auto start".

After some days, you may want to review data saved by clicking the "Report" button. A report window will appear then. You can select to view "Process Report" or "Group Report", to configure group, and to save the report as HTML file.
